Lately i discipline my self to cook by myself for my lunch and dinner. It really helps me because i can eat what i like with really cheap price !

I played soccer yesterday, and it is so fun. Along with it, the muscle pain comes today.

It’s been a long time that i didn’t exercise. I hope, i can do some sports for routine and shape up !
